Ember Forge
A one-thumb flight game with a daily course and friend squads.
01 The gap
A report is not a security program.
- 01
Your prime flowed down the requirements. Nobody flowed down the help.
- 02
The assessment costs more than your last three hires. The fixes cost more than that.
- 03
Last year's findings are still open. So is the risk.
02 The layers
What we hold for you.
-
Fractional security leadership
A security chief on your side of the table, without the full-time salary.
-
CMMC and NIST 800-171 readiness
Every control mapped, owned, and evidenced before the assessor arrives.
-
Vulnerability and patch programs
Findings scored, assigned, and closed. Every one has an owner.
-
Incident readiness
Playbooks written and rehearsed before the bad day, not during it.
03 Your turn
Hold to seal the perimeter.
Five functions, one perimeter. Press and hold the core, and watch each layer close.

04 How it works
From first briefing to closed findings.
01
Briefing
Thirty minutes. Where you stand, what is coming, what matters first.
02
Assessment
Every control checked against the standard you answer to.
03
Roadmap
A ranked plan with owners and dates. Short enough to act on.
04
We run it
Monthly leadership, reporting, and follow-through until the work is done.
05 The forge
We build what we secure.
The same discipline, shipped as software. Every build runs secret scanning, independent review, and tests before it ships.
Radon Tracker
Radon readings, charts, and alerts for home detectors. Private by design.
Bull Pit
A live leaderboard for trading contests, with automatic fair-play checks every minute.
PaperHawk
An automated trading system with an AI analyst that can advise but never touch an order.
06 Straight answers
Before you book.
We are a small shop. Do we really need this?
If you hold defense work, the contract clauses already apply to you. Size changes the plan, not the obligation.
Didn't CMMC get paused?
The Phase 2 rollout was paused in July 2026. The existing DFARS requirements were not, and primes still flow them down.
Will you just hand us a report?
No. The report is week two. The rest of the engagement is closing what it found.
We already have an IT provider.
Good. We lead the security program and work alongside them. Nobody gets replaced.
What does it cost?
A fixed monthly fee, scoped in the briefing. You will know the number before you commit to anything.
